MONTH 1-2
At the end of month one, we will deliver our initial findings and initial recommendations
By the end of month two, we will establish a functional enterprise technology decision-making process tailored to your organization
MONTH 3
At the end of month three, we will deliver a detailed assessment of your technology personnel and an assessment of your technology organization, with recommendations. We will also deliver a high-level review of your technology-related contracts at the end of month three
During the third and fourth months, we will determine which parts of your technology strategy STG will be responsible for leading and delivering
MONTH 4
At the beginning of the fourth month, we will deliver a high-level review of your tech policies Toward the end of month four, we will work with your executive leadership team to finalize your company’s strategic technology plan and roadmap
Month four and beyond will also include establishing your Fractional CTO’s role in key meetings and decision-making going forward
